International Shipping Policies
Customs / Duties / Taxes
International customers are responsible for all applicable customs/duties/taxes.
Please check with your local customs office for information regarding such fees.
Customs, import duties, and local taxes (when applicable) are assessed with the package arrives in the recipients country.
These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Swim and Tri is does not assess these fees and each country charges a different rate, so please contact your customs office with specific questions regarding customs/duties, etc.
Refunds / Exchanges
International orders are non-refundable.
They may be exchanged for a different size (if available).
In rare circumstances some items may be returned for an online credit minus a 15% restocking fee.
International Shipping
Please be advised that first class international shipping is not guaranteed or insured.
Swim and Tri is NOT responsible for lost packages that are not insured.
First class international shipping can take up to four (4) weeks to arrive.
The average time is approximately two (2) weeks, but four weeks can happen, so please do not be alarmed.
