Failure to do so can result in damage to the suit when trying to wear it. the knee in particular will tend to fail when a suit is too small. Do not attempt to return this item without emailing or calling us.
If the item has not been customized and you need to exchange for size, you have 14 days to contact us.
A size exchange for non-customized items is only permitted if the size is available and only if the returned item is in new and unused condition with all tags attached and packaging in new condition. We request you send us a photo of the item with the tags and packaging when requesting the RMA.
Logoed Item
This is a logoed item. Once it has been logoed, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
We are more than happy to help find someone on your team who needs the item you ordered.
Due to the labor intensive nature of logos, we apply logos once or twice a week -- please do not wait until the last moment to order your item.
Please note that all items in your order will ship together. Since you have a logoed item, this can delay your shipment. If you want to ship the other items more quickly, please place a separate order for you non-customized items.
